MARIAH'S GUILT FREE LATTE *
Ingredients
4 teaspoons Roma, Pero, or Postum (caffeine free coffee substitutes)
½ cup water
¾ cup milk or soy milk
1 tablespoon carob or cocoa powder or chips
1 tablespoon honey or sugar
¼ teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
Instructions
Blend ingredients until smooth.

FRUIT SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
½ cup orange juice
½ cup water
½ cup soy or rice milk
½ package Mori-Nu tofu, lite
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal or 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
2 small frozen bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or other frozen fruit
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Yield 4 cups.
